This mahogany Secretary Bookcase with raised panels, shaped and incised with typically scroll-like Moorish designs, shows an 18th century influence. There are three lower drawers, two upper doors, and behind the pull-down writing surface are six small drawers, all with handmade wrought iron pulls. The dimensions are 86” high (at the crest of the arch) by 29” wide by 18” deep (at lower portion), slanting to 11” deep (at the top).
This is one item in the 12-piece collection of Antique Spanish Revival Furniture circa 1900, handcrafted by Provincial Mexican artisans. We will be happy to email you a folio presentation of the entire collection, detailing descriptions, dimensions and conditions.
